Part-time Youth Worker (8 Hours per Week)
As a Youth Worker you will:  Provide skill-building to support intellectual growth to youth aged 7-17 on an individual and group basis  Case management (including record keeping and report writing), attend case conferences and collaboration with community partners  Refer youth and families to appropriate community resources. 

Your new job is part-time and works out of the McMan office in Brooks, AB. This exciting position starts as soon as we find the right person! Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.  Previous experience working with youth  Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and computer skills as well as a strong knowledge of community resources  Willing to work a flexible schedule o (Typical schedule is afternoon and evenings but may include possible weekends based on the needs of the program and participants)  Reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s Licence and minimum $2M third party liability insurance, Driver’s Abstract with less than six demerits.  Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Record Check date within the last six months.  Current Standard First Aid CPR Level C Certificate
