Brooks Medieval Faire 2012
The Brooks Medieval Faire started in the summer of 2003 by the Brooks Public Library as a family-fun afternoon out. Children of all ages could wander around Evergreen Park and enjoy the sights and sounds of a bygone era.
In 2009, the Library board felt the Medieval Faire had grown too large and was taking too much time from the Library staff so they handed the organization of the Faire over to a community group to continue. And continue it did!
2011 saw a successful 2 day event at the Old Rodeo Grounds. Due to the larger and more secure space we were able to host various re-enactment societies who could set-up their pavilions with period furniture and camp for the weekend right on site.
